Dinah Gaston, First generation Filipina artist of CBC’s Danger Bay Fame will implement a youth in empowerment theatre workshop to Asian youth ages 14 to 17 at Forest Lawn High School. The six week workshop, will implement drama, movement, art, music, improvisation and storytelling training to explore and celebrate cultural identity. This workshop is designed to foster an appreciation of the arts in youth and to encourage youth of all backgrounds to consider the value and possibility of pursuing a career in the arts.

Jesse Catibog, First generation Filipino dancer (So You Think You Can Dance) will be leading a breakdance workshop with participants of ACCT OUT YOUTH THEATRE during the last week of May. He will also participate at the Final presentation/performance at Forest Lawn High School in June.
